THE INFINITE GENERATION, CREATING…

Generative art using algorithms for the creation of images, in this case repetitive but different on a main theme. This series of portraits has been created using algorithms for the generation of AI images, not easy to distinguish from reality for our visual perception. Fascinated by these new tools and the impact of artificial intelligence in contemporary culture and in our environment in general, I am not trying to create a reflection on how this technology can influence our way of seeing, understanding and discrepancies in the world of art or others. The future has arrived and it has come to stay, discussing the indisputable is losing the battle over time.
And they are still technology to create new forms of art and expression, which, like everything new, always produces a small clash with what already exists. Let them tell that junk tome that they would think was the Eiffel Tower when they built it, in the eyes of some, in the eyes of others obviously not.
But the underlying background and the true intention when carrying out this project is how easy it is... to live, to live with your eyes closed. It is probably generational, educational, cultural, I do not know where the problem lies and if it really is, or is it a simple and mere way of survival for the human being; but the truth is that you live better like this, with your eyes closed.

Arte generativo utilizando algoritmos para la creación de imágenes, en este caso repetitivas pero distintas sobre un tema principal. Esta serie de retratos se ha creado utilizando algoritmos para la generación de imágenes mediante IA, no fáciles de distinguir de la realidad para nuestra percepción visual. Fascinada por estas nuevas herramientas y el impacto de la inteligencia artificial en la cultura contemporánea y en todo nuestro entorno en general, no trato de crea una reflexión sobre como esta tecnología puede influir en nuestra forma de ver, entender y las discrepancias en el mundo del arte u otros. El futuro llegó y vino para quedarse, discutir lo indiscutible es perder la batalla en el tiempo.
Y no dejan de ser tecnología para crear nuevas formas de arte y expresión, que como todo lo nuevo siempre produce un pequeño choque con lo ya existente. Que se lo digan a ese mamotreto de chatarra que pensarían que era la Torre Eiffel cuando la construyeron, a ojos de unos, a ojos de otros obviamente no.
Pero el trasfondo que subyace y la verdadera intencionalidad a la hora de realizar este proyecto es lo fácil que es… vivir, vivir con los ojos cerrados. Probablemente sea generacional, educacional, cultural, desconozco dónde radica el problema y si realmente lo es, o es una simple y mera forma de supervivencia para el ser humano; pero lo cierto es que se vive mejor así, con los ojos cerrados.
